BMS connections are connected in the sequence of (B -, cell voltage/temp, pickup cable, P -)
Use a voltage internal resistance tester with a voltage range of 60V and an internal resistance range of 300m Ω for measurement
Install the battery pack according to the direction requirements of the SOP, and use a torque wrench to lock the positive and negative poles
The appearance should not be scratched or damaged, and the gap between the upper and lower covers should be less than 2mm
Set up the aging process according to the corresponding model inspection standards, and save complete aging data after aging is completed
Label according to SOP requirements, and the label should not be damaged or wrinkled. The posting position should be fixed and unified
The hardware version of the BMS uses a comprehensive tester to test the charging and discharging functions, as well as voltage and internal resistance. The software version of the BMS requires simultaneous connection to the upper computer to verify the charging and discharging current and parameter settings
